International delivery

We ship parcels worldwide* via Russian Post service. We pack your orders 5 days a week (on weekdays). Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays are processed on Mondays. Orders placed before 10:00 a.m. (MSK) are shipped the same day. The rest are shipped on the next workday. Delivery rates are set by Russian Post service and depend on the total weight and the destination. You can see the delivery cost in the basket before you submit the order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number for your parcel.

Note that all customs duties and taxes are paid by the customer.

Return Policy

When you receive the parcel, carefully inspect it to find if it is undamaged and correlates to the list of products you have ordered. In case you’ve noticed any manufacturing defects or lack of some items you can return the parcel to us via Post Service. In order to do that please contact us via email: help@cosmoprofi.com in 7 days since you have received the order. We will send the damaged items to you at our expense or make a refund.

Note that according to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 19, 1998 No. 55, perfumes and cosmetics of good quality are not subject to return and exchange (as amended by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 20, 1998 No. 1222).

We accept credit cards** and PayPal.

The minimum order value is 1,000 rubles (about 15 Euros)

Online Payment Security

Payment security is ensured by using the SSL protocol to transfer confidential information from the client to the system server for further processing. Payment service is protected by PCI DSS, the standard for Visa and Mastercard (issued according to the results of the audit every year). Further information is transmitted through closed banking networks of the highest degree of protection.

Processing of the client’s confidential data received in encrypted form (card details, registration data, etc.) is carried out in the processing center. Thus, no one, not even the seller, can obtain personal and bank data of the client, including information about his purchases made in other stores.
